Welcome to Service Operation APAC
You’ll be part of Digital Device Support APAC where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for providing first- and second-line onsite IT support, managing IT user equipment, and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. You’ll work closely with local and global teams to align with Ørsted’s IT governance and standards.
As a team, we play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations for our colleagues across the region
You’ll play an important role in:
- deliver onsite support for hardware and software-related issues, including walk-in support for both local and international users
- prepare and configure IT equipment for new joiners and relocations
- support the establishment and relocation of office setups
- handle incidents and service requests via our IT service management system
- manage local telecommunications contracts and hardware (e.g. mobile phones, landlines)
- ensure compliance with global IT policies and contribute to continuous service improvement.
To succeed in the role, you:
- hold a relevant IT qualification (e.g. IT Supporter, Data Technician, or equivalent)
- have experience in onsite IT support within a large, international organisation
- are confident in supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
- are familiar with SCCM, Intune, and standard imaging processes
- are self-driven and capable of working independently across multiple APAC locations
- communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese will be considered an advantage, due to regional collaboration needs.
