You’ll be part of Digital Innovation Strategy where you, together with your colleagues, will shape and drive our digital aspirations to support a world that runs entirely on green energy. This role involves staying at the forefront of digital technology trends, including AI, and requires you to understand and integrate perspectives from various business areas and disciplines to create tangible business value. You’ll be part of the broader Strategy, Innovation & In-house consulting function, which defines the company’s strategic direction and drives toward it.  As a team, we are diverse and social and enjoy collaboration and knowledge sharing, while putting a strong focus on delivering results and providing continuous development opportunities.

You’ll play an important role in:

• identifying and driving complex, high-value digital innovation initiatives across the organisation

• facilitating a process to use cases by engaging with colleagues, helping to scope use cases, defind value drivers, and assist with the implementation of AI and other digital technologies

• providing insights on mid- to long-term digital innovations to step change our competitiveness, including novel digital business models and emerging digital technologies

• collaborating closely with our agile organisation, IT, and technical colleagues in Digital Innovation to enable prioritisation of use cases and deliver priority initiatives

• developing recommendations and preparing materials to top management

To succeed in the role, you:

• have experience from either a management consultancy, another energy company, or from a digital, innovation, or strategy function in a large corporation

• have a strong drive to deliver high-quality work, a willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude

• have hands-on experience with scoping and prioritising digital innovation projects, ideally within AI, including quantifying value potential and assessing feasibility

• have a sound analytical understanding and ability to grasp and communicate key insights which can help drive our digital innovation journey

• have a collaborative and diverse mindset and can create and sustain trust-based relationships with your stakeholders.
