Student assistant role in The Agency

Join us in this role where you’ll be supporting our inhouse creative agency with project management tasks, creating reports, updating plans, brief designers on assets, and so much more. There might even be occasional travel to events and conference all over the world to support our events team on the ground.
Welcome to The Agency
You’ll be part of Agency operations where you, together with your colleagues, will be the bridge between our creative department and our client service team. This team takes pride in project execution and excellence, making sure our creative production team is properly briefed and the projects keep moving forward. The agency operations team combines an analytical mindset, eye for detail, and superb project management skills. As a team, we work in a creative environment and make sure our creativity lands at the right place, at the right time. You‘ll work together with talented project management professionals.
You’ll play an important role in:
- managing our department mailbox and process requests from the business
- handling monthly and weekly reporting on projects and hourly spend
- coordinating of smaller tasks with our inhouse creative team and external agencies
- supporting our project managers with admin tasks such as updating project plans, POs, overview of assets
- supporting our events team with essential tasks such as hotel and venue bookings, internal briefings to participants, and ad hoc event coordination for various events and international conferences.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are enrolled in a higher education programme, preferably related to communication and/or project management, and have at least two years left
- can work both independently and collaboratively, thereby contributing with your knowledge and expertise
- are curious and have a proactive mindset, with a passion for making an impact
- are a good communicator in both Danish and English
- have a structured and analytical approach to your work and a good eye for detail
- thrive in a changing and dynamic environment and can juggle several tasks at the same time.
