Welcome to Identity Access Management
You’ll be part of Infrastructure Management where you, together with your colleagues around the globe, will form part of the IAM Product Line. We are responsible for the IAM product, Identity and access security best practices, processes, guidelines, and technical platforms. You’ll be engaging with the business units and our global IT and OT organisations in terms of their requirements or security concerns of regulators, partners, and clients.   As a team, we collaborate, embrace learning opportunities, share talent, and support mutual development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • guiding the design, development, and support of IAM processes and solutions across Ørsted’s IAM platforms and applications.
  • aligning with internal stakeholders on how the IAM processes should work, and implementing this in the IAM application in collaboration with others in the team
  • delivering 3rd level support, problem management, change and release management according to ITIL standards in cooperation with our 3rd party support vendor
  • providing detailed support and operations in relation to MitID and supporting IT goals and objectives including measures and projects
  • delivering value our business through identified activities and tasks under the SAFe Agile Framework

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong knowledge of IAM process development and implementation
  • have experience working with SailPoint or other IAM solutions, incl. identity data flows, security roles, entitlement management, certifications and troubleshooting IAM issues in a large-scale multi-site environment
  • have knowledge of MitID Erhverv structure and support - would be an advantage
  • work in a structured way and dedicated to deliver top quality, have excellent communication skills and can manoeuvre in an Agile setup
  • have a personal drive to achieve results and are fluent in both English and Danish and holder of a Danish passport
