Welcome to Legal APAC
You’ll be part of Student Intern in the Legal APAC team where you, together with your colleagues, will support legal matters associated with the entire lifecycle of offshore wind farms. You will have a regional role to support APAC Legal Team members and cover markets in Asia Pacific Region, including Korea and Australia, while working globally along with colleagues in Europe.
As a team, we Our team’s work is varied, addresses novel issues in a fast-paced and cooperative setting, and is an integral part of the company’s broader project-development efforts.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Supporting company secretariat and administrative tasks and liaise with external legal counsels across APAC countries
- Conducting legal analysis and research on issues arising from offshore wind farm development, construction and operations, such as permits, consents, regulatory regimes
- Assisting in the review of entry-level contracts, such as NDAs, MOUs, etc.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have a LL.B. and/or LL.M. from an accredited law school
- Business proficiency in English
- Have strong communicative skills and a genuine interest in gaining experience in an international company with a complex organizational set-up
- Thrive on joint successes, can work independently and are able to prioritize a wide variety of tasks and commitments
- Have an outgoing personality, are flexible in your approach to tasks, and have a mindset that shows your commitment to learn and support where needed, knowing that every task represents a new learning opportunity.
