Product Owner for Energy Products

Join us in this role where you’ll manage our customer portfolio of approximately 22,000 small and medium-sized business customers. You will ensure that we maintain a good and profitable customer portfolio and an attractive customer value proposition. You should be curious about what happens in the energy market so that we can always be an attractive energy supplier for both existing and new customers.

You’ll be part of Products and Pricing where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure that we can always offer competitive and profitable power and gas products to business customers. Your particular focus area will be on small and medium sized business customers, which requires an easy and customer-friendly communication setup. You will be a part of a team that handle our product portfolio. We are part of Commercial Excellence, which besides us, consists of Systems & Analytics and Regulatory and Strategic projects.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • establishing portfolio management and guiding Sales and Marketing teams in offsetting and promoting the products we wish to maintain, and improve our portfolio composition
  • developing products for our small and medium sized power and gas customers
  • ensuring competitive pricing and net earnings on products and propose adjustments for the portfolio
  • following and acting on trends in the energy market and how we can use them in our customers portfolio
  • increasing the share of green energy delivered to our customers.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in managing and understanding of a large portfolio of customers
  • understand the product owner role and have the ability to understand customer needs, and propose new products to meet customer demands
  • possess an advanced commercial understanding to strategically influence product development and marketing efforts
  • have experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders and maintaining and overview
  • have an understanding of how IT or other technology can support our customer experience
  • are interested in understanding the energy market including price elements, regulatory compliance and risks.
