Welcome to Global People Infrastructure
You’ll be part of Global People Delivery where you, together with your colleagues, will be supporting our HR functions in delivering the annual employee compensation processes, implementing, and maintaining of the (IT) infrastructure in HR and other interesting HR related projects.  The tasks are data driven and will provide among others insights to our HR system (Success Factors) and Power BI. You’ll be enrolled in a variety of task in Global People Delivery when we work with global yearly annual HR wheel process, HR masterdata, salary benchmarks etc. As a team, we are international and collaborates in English, embracing learning opportunities through feedback and shared talent. Weekly coffee chats help us stay connected and support each other's development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • maintaining and updating different department files and guides
  • updating and uploading salary template tool files
  • updating and analysing various data for example survey data or salary data
  • supporting with communication towards HR colleagues and leaders
  • preparing on-demand training.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently studying business/social sciences or a related field, and preferably have two years left before graduating with a master’s degree
  • are eager to learn, have a can-do mindset when facing challenging tasks, and have a strong personal drive to get your tasks done
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work
  • can handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • are proficient in English and Excel
  • are preferably familiar with Microsoft Clipchamp and Microsoft SharePoint.
