Welcome to Procurement Management Office
You’ll be part of Business Process Management where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible as an important partner for addressing complex challenges and contributing and delivering against our roadmap to digital and process efficiency. By improving user experience, process excellence, and data management for employees within Procurement, as well as our suppliers, you’ll be key to setting the standards, building trust and empowering business accountability. As a team, we collaborate digitally across geographies, cultures, and disciplines in an open and constructive manner. We focus on continuously developing ourselves and creating an atmosphere of innovation and fun.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • challenging conventional wisdom and old ways of working to build a business that’s more efficient, digital, and global
  • continuously maintaining and developing the process management discipline in procurement through the application of proven techniques and LEAN and Six Sigma principles
  • being a key partner to combine and promote a best-practice culture of ongoing improvement across all members of the organisation.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have relevant working experience with business process management, preferably from within procurement, construction, or the energy sector
  • proactively identify and analyse insights to improve processes, practices, and procedures and lead and implement improvement opportunities
  • are skilled at translating business needs into tangible and practical solutions
  • can develop and manage the end-to-end delivery of a plan to embed business value
  • are comfortable working across complex business landscapes, with multiple stakeholders to deliver positive customer and employee experiences
  • have strong communication skills and practical experience working with Lean and Six Sigma or appropriate improvement and change methodologies.
