Welcome to Software Engineering Competency Centre
You’ll be part of the Ørsted Business Services Agile Release Train (ØBS ART) where you, together with your colleagues, will support our growing business by delivering high quality and efficient services. ØBS ART follows SAFe Scaled Agile framework and organises its deliveries in quarterly Product Increments (PIs). You’ll be joining a team consisting of employees from three different locations, i.e. Poland, Denmark, and Malaysia. The team members strive for excellence, care for each other, and maintain nice-to-work in atmosphere.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • maintaining business critical applications, incl. resolution of technical incidents
  • managing the access, implementing all required role and profile changes
  • coordinating the technical aspects with a vendor, e.g. AD or SAP integration or API’s development
  • taking care of the application release processes
  • educating business teams and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical matters.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in application management activities and ITIL service operation
  • demonstrate personal drive and ability to work independently
  • have a general understanding of IT landscape
  • have good communication and stakeholder management skills, and preferably vendor management experience
  • preferably have good LeanIX and basic SQL and Python knowledge.
