Join us in this role where you’ll ensure that the architecture of applications and tooling supports effective architecture practices and general architectural artefacts in alignment with our strategy and vision. You’ll ensure that the priorities are in line with our key stakeholders’ vision to utilise the value creation of the application.

Welcome to Architecture & Technology
You’ll be part of our Architecture & Technology Competency team where you, together with your colleagues, will be working in Agile SAFe framework as part of a product team. This community consists of more than 100 architects working with the business through an Agile delivery organisation whilst ensuring great cohesion and a platform for high-quality knowledge sharing. You’ll also help solve the unique challenges involved in building a sustainable energy company with diverse operations around the globe. As a team, we involved in building a sustainable green energy company, with diverse culture around the globe, whilst ensuring great cohesion and collaboration to build a successful architecture community.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • guiding developers on applications architecture and infrastructure components
  • defining the future for critical applications within the Bio Application area
  • defining architecture for modern applications and enforcing cloud-native architecture principles
  • defining the Architectural Runway and roadmaps for your portfolio in cooperation with the Solution Manager
  • advising and overseeing the implementation of architectures that are secure, reliable, maintainable, scalable, usable, and perform well.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have solid architectural skills within software development, especially in C#, .NET, and Angular
  • demonstrate strong skills and experience in design patterns, i.e., clean code, software architecture, and Architecture patterns, incl. Microservices, containerization, such as Docker or Kubernetes, and Cloud, such as Azure/AWS
  • have broad understanding and ability to assess new and future technologies
  • are able to communicate architectural designs and decisions effectively and proactively to both team members, business, and IT stakeholders
  • clearly communicate the intended architecture to the team, Product Owner, and Solution Architect
  • are well-versed in OOP, SOLID, DDD, TDD, and have knowledge of RDBMS: PostgreSQL or Oracle.
