Join us in this role where you’ll be leading a team of development specialists, we call them change owners, working in the crossline between operations and development, ensuring the intake of changes to the development teams and the deployment of solutions to operations. You’ll also lead a team of experienced specialists taking the ideas from the development specialists and mature, build, and deploy the digital solutions bringing our HR operations to the next level of efficiency, automation, and service. We use the SAFe Agile framework.
Welcome to Global People Services (GPS)
You’ll be part of the GPS Maturation team where you, together with your colleagues, will support building our global HR operations services, within the hire-to-retire value chain. GPS has over the last two years expanded our global footprint following Ørsted´s global expansion, and we’re committed to deliver timely and professional HR operational services. We have four regional service centers with experts within HR operational services and your job is to ensure that they have the best processes, tools, and digital solutions to support daily operation. As a team, we collaborate globally with stakeholders at all levels. We strive to support each other, and our team spirit is all about sharing knowledge and leveraging on each other’s competencies
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading the digital journey on HR operational services
- leading and developing a team of highly engaged and skilled subject matter experts
- collaborating with stakeholders at all levels in our organisation
- delivering digital tools and solutions to the regional service centers according to our digital strategy.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are an experienced people manager for highly skilled subject matter experts
- have great collaboration skills and experience working in a matrix organisation
- are great at stakeholder management from subject matter expert level to CXO level.
